Very feasible, since in addition to all the locations you mentioned,
RMS is also going to be speaking in Rome, on 2014-04-04
(https://www.fsf.org/events/rms-speeches.html), so he will be in Rome
regardless.

It's not yet clear during which time span he is going to be in Rome.

That's great.  (He doesn't want to stay in a hotel, so if someone
would be willing to host him, that would be much appreciated.)  Maybe
you could share expenses with the people who are already organizing a
speech for him, or maybe the money you're able to raise could serve as
an honorarium for RMS.  (His only source of income is the money get
gets for giving some speeches.)

Yes, this is a good idea, but could you please determine with RMS
whether a speech is logistically possible (i.e., if time will permit
it).  If it will, we'll put you in contact with all of them.
