for the ORAL exam and for the verbalization, AFTER the 9 of march I'll 
let you know a few candidate dates (before and after march 15).

Logistics: I still need to double check with the school secretary, but I 
assume we will have PLENTY of rooms available, hence I'd suggest to fix 
the time at:

4 PM

and to agree on a meeting point OUTSIDE room A1 - if busy we will find 
some neighbohr classrooms.
