[ISS] exam schedule: clarification

Since I received a few emails of students concerned by the decision to  
maintain the exam, here follows a clarification.

9 of march is just the date for the third midterm WRITTEN test, only a  
few students are interested in this - the ones who did pass the  
previous two midterm tests and did not attend the final one.

Oral exams will follow and may be more flexibly scheduled, including  
scheduling them after march 15 when we hope the emrìergency will be  
over.

Thus 9 of march applies only to those interested in the WRITTEN midterm #3.

But EVEN if you are in such category, consider that ANYONE that does  
not feel comfortable in coming on march 9, can obviously opt for a  
later on oral. Given the circumstances, I'll guarantee plenty of  
flexibility.
