tnsm paper exceeds the 14 pages limit

Dear Michael,

as you suggested some time ago I added the two figures showing time-seq plots and time and, of course, also some text from the sigcomm submission with the explanation of those figures. 

So I'm wondering if:

1) is it ok with you the way in which I inserted the figures and text;

2) if you can shrink the TB-TCP part in some way.

The updated version is on overleaf.
