For my proxy server use case, I'd be glad to make a video in which we can show our work, I hope I'll have enough time to make it though. That is, i hope to have everything ready some days before deadline so that there's time to make a video and present it in a good way.

Not sure I understand that… you mean, to come up with a specific idea for the demo that is impressive?
If we really have everything working and easily changeable, that shouldn’t be so hard?
