Hi,

Sorry - as Giuseppe suspected, this wasn’t a good day for further bug fixing. 
So I’m sending what I have now before I go for Christmas holidays… I hope I 
get a chance to fix some more bugs before coming back in January!

Meanwhile, I’m attaching the latest version which puts a lower limit of 1ms 
on the RTT estimation, so there’s no more endless loop. Also, as I told you 
(some of you) just before, tests may go wrong and show an ever-growing CWND 
when the BDP is large… I’m struggling to find out the exact numbers, ns-3 is 
being weird, or is it me being tired?  Anyway, this is an ns-3 problem, not 
just with my code!
