Hi,
At:
http://heim.ifi.uio.no/michawe/romavisit/
I just uploaded my script file that lets ns-3 send TCP traffic into the real
world, to talk with netcat on the other side.
I tried to document all necessary steps as clearly as possible directly in
the comments. Let me know if anything causes trouble!
Else, as I said, I’m hoping that my friends who developed the “synthetic
packet pairs” tool will update it to work with ns-3’s pcap files. In case you
wonder, this is the tool:
http://caia.swin.edu.au/tools/spp/
It’s integrated in the TEACUP sripting environment, which is installed in
Oslo’s testbed:
http://caia.swin.edu.au/tools/teacup/
… and I hope to be able to produce nice plots from this testbed using ns-3 in
comparison with “real” Linux and FreeBSD TCP (we have both variants).
Cheers,
Michael
