SESSION I - THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

•             Introduction to Interviews and the Basic Concepts of the Interview process

•             Types of Interviews and how to tell which one fits you best 

•             How Interviews in the current virtual world work

•             What to expect out of a virtual versus real interview

•             How to prepare for an interview based on its various types- where the online world fits in

•             Cognitive behavioural psychology and interviews in the COVID 19 virtual world.

•             What do employers seek for in you?

•             Q&A session

 

SESSION II - PRACTICAL EXAMPLES

•             15 minutes of time for students to prepare a list of behavioural techniques for an online interview and what they think would be a good virtual interview

•             Assessment of these ideas/techniques in a groups discussion

•             Stress test of an online behaviours interview with 3 hard yet realistic questions where only behaviours/attitude/composure are assessed (screen to screen 1 student to be selected)

•             A sample interview process - select 3 or more students to perform a virtual interview (1 hour total).

•             Assessing the interview and who scored how/what were the mistakes/weak sides/strong sides.

•             Group discussion /ideas on how one can improve his/her performance.

•             If you failed an interview, can you fix it?

•             Ask student to prepare a list of tips for interview based on their experience/impressions.

 

Our Speaker, Rumiana Uzunova, is a Global Human Resources Specialist and Diplomacy expert with 15+ years of international working experience in a variety of international organizations, diplomatic and local settings. Her fields of expertise are international recruitment, talent sourcing, HR management, organizational behaviour, protocol and international relations.
