The International Fund for Agricultural Development is taking applications to fill an internship opening in the sphere of procurement, for a six-month period (spring-autumn 2020). The position would be full time at the Rome headquarters. Applicants must be under age 30, be from an IFAD member country (https://www.ifad.org/en/member-states) and have excellent English language skills as well as a good work ethic. The monthly wage is roughly €600. The trainee at the Procurement Office will be expected to carry out support activities in the drafting of contracts, tender documents, supplier management, and further activities related to the procurement process.
