The American Embassy of Rome is currently evaluating candidates for internship positions available in the Summer Session, running from May 4 thru October 31, 2020. Dates are fixed, please refrain from applying if you are not available throughout the entire period. The positions will be within the following offices: Housing, Acquisitions, Supply, Human Resources, Customer Service Center, Political Office, Health Unit, Protocol, and the Financial Management Office. All interested students should apply thru the Tor Vergata Program Office, providing an updated CV in English and a brief cover letter. The ideal candidate will have a very good level of both English and Italian - both spoken and written - and will be available to intern on a part-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week - Monday thru Friday) from May 4 thru October 31, 2020. The Office of Human Resources will receive applications only from the EEBL Program Office and will eventually contact qualified candidates to provide details on the various internship opportunities and to answer any question you might have. Each selected intern will need to obtain a security certification from the Regional Security Office in order to start. Only students who are enrolled in EEBL for the entire period indicated above will be taken into consideration for the position, as this opportunity is for a curricular internship.
