Brandon Randolph-Seng and I are very pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming 5th Annual Management Decision Conference, which will take place ahead of EURAM 2026 (Kristiansand, Norway, University of Agder) on June 16, 2026

The conference is designed as an interactive forum bringing together scholars, contributors, editors, and editorial board members of Management Decision to exchange ideas, discuss ongoing projects, and engage directly with the journal’s editorial team. It offers an excellent opportunity to present your work, receive developmental feedback, and further strengthen manuscripts in a supportive and constructive environment.

Participants will have the possibility to present their research across key journal initiatives, including Special Issues, and receive direct feedback from Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief prior to formal submission.

Participation in the conference is completely free of charge.

One of the major opportunities connected to the conference is the upcoming Management Decision Special Issue: “The Age of Institutional Pressures: Adaptive Role of Sustainability Management”. Guest Editors: Ivo Hristov, Stefan Schaltegger, Cory Searcy, Stefano Zambon, Angelo Ditillo.

Authors interested in submitting to this Special Issue are strongly encouraged to present their work during the conference in order to receive early-stage feedback and refine their theoretical positioning ahead of the submission deadline (November 30, 2026).
