Dear colleague,
I am pleased to announce the workshop "Designing and Publishing High-Impact Research in the Academy of Management Journal," which will be held in person on May 6th, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Scuola Superiore di Studi Avanzati of Sapienza University of Rome (Viale Regina Elena 295, Building D, 3rd floor).
The event, which I am pleased to help organize, will feature Quinetta M. Roberson, Editor-in-Chief of the Academy of Management Journal, and represents a particularly significant opportunity for those interested in gaining a deeper understanding of how to design, build, and strengthen the publication potential of their research.
The day is designed to offer not only a firsthand perspective on AMJ's editorial vision, but also a concrete space for discussion and learning. The program includes a keynote address on the criteria that make a truly impactful research project, an open discussion with participants, an interactive workshop on the AMJ Management Research Canvas, a session on developing reviewing skills, and a closing reflection on the role of the Academy of Management in fostering scientific communities and collaboration opportunities.
I believe this is a valuable event for both those developing new research projects and those seeking to hone their ability to position their work at leading publishing venues.
I would like to invite you to participate in this free initiative and, if appropriate, to share the invitation with colleagues, doctoral students, and possibly interested researchers.
Kind regards
