Dear students,
Students will work in teams as "Agrifood Systems Investigators", solving short puzzles to understand how antimicrobial resistance spreads and how it can be contained.
They will go through four thematic stations covering farm biosecurity, water and soil, food safety, and sustainable agrifood practices.
No prior knowledge is required, and certificates will be provided to all participants.
At the end of the activity, there will be a debrief/Q&A with FAO experts.
Students will learn:
-
What AMR is, how it emerges and moves through agrifood systems and reaches humans.
-
Systems thinking - how an action in one part of the chain can affect the whole system.
-
Practical solutions and how FAO supports them globally.
If your would like to participate, please let me know
by 18 November 9:00 CET by answering this e-mail.
Best regards,
Olga
