This e-mail in order to give you some basic indications for the CodeWay Expo event that will take place next week at Fiera di Roma (14-16 May):

 

Opening hours:

Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th May: 9:30am-6:00pm

Friday 16th May: 9:30am-2:00pm

 

HOW TO REACH FIERA DI ROMA

BY CAR

From the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) exit 30, Nuova Fiera di Roma towards Fiumicino. From the city center, take the Roma - Fiumicino motorway and then follow the signs for Nuova Fiera di Roma

(Est Entrance exit). Car entrance: CARGO EST (Exhibitor Entrance) – Viale A. G. Eiffel.

BY TRAIN

From Termini Station: take the subway LINE B, get off at the PIRAMIDE stop

(Ostiense station). Then take the FL1 train line towards Fiumicino and get off at the

Fiera Roma stop.

From Rome city: from the Tuscolana, Tiburtina, Ostiense stations connected to the

Metro Lines A and B, take the FL1 line towards Fiumicino and get off at the

Fiera Roma stop, where a free shuttle is available that takes you directly to the pedestrian visitors'

entrance.

In an increasingly interconnected and interdependent world, international careers represent a strategic opportunity for young people who wish to actively contribute to building more equitable, inclusive and sustainable societies. The event was created with the aim of broadening the scope of information among young people in identifying professional opportunities, stimulating attention and increasing interest in global issues and active citizenship and strengthening skills oriented towards internationalization and intercultural dialogue. The speakers will share knowledge and useful experiences with respect to training paths in line with the available scientific and professional cultural profiles.

This e-mail is to remind you the next events (very important for your future career development and placement) and to underline that all of them will be in presence:

·         7th of May  at 12:00am – Seminar with Vladimir Mijatovic on FAO-IFAD applications (Room C, Tor Vergata School of Economics)

·         14-16 of May CODE WAY EXPO – Fiera di Roma

·         19th of May – IFAD Innovation Day, IFAD HQ (only for those who registered)

·         22nd of May - IFAD Innovation Lab, IFAD HQ (mandatory and in presence for all students with the execption of those who for important reasons cannot attend physically)

·         27th of May at 3:00pm - Seminar with Kazuki Kitaoka, Director FAO Yourth and Women Office (Room C, Tor Vergata School of Economics)

·         28th of May at 12:00am - Seminar with Julia Barrera, World Bank (Room C, Tor Vergata School of Economics)

 

After tomorrow’s seminar you will be asked to prepare the CV and to plan the individual coaching sessions (they will be online), the details on that will be sent in the next days.
