WFP guided visit

Dear students,

This e-mail is for those of you who will come to visit WFP HQ on the 22^nd of April at 2 pm just to share some information on how we will handle the entry procedures for your upcoming visit to WFP.

Immediately after the class we will go to the WFP’s Security Entrance, which is located in Via Carlo Veneziani 68/70 (I can give a lift to 6 people since I have 6 free places in my car).
Once there the group will have to go through the security checks (airport style) and provide a valid ID card/passport for identification purposes. After that, each participant will receive a gust badge that will grant access to the premises. The badges must be returned once the visit is over.
