IFAD Innovation Talk No. 14 “Building an Innovation Engine: How some organizations manage to innovate consistently, while others fail.” IFAD’s Change, Delivery and Innovation Unit (CDI) would like to invite you on a journey in leading for innovation. Discover how the world's leading firms build organizations that are able to develop breakthrough innovations in a repeatable and scalable manner, versus the well-known one-offs. During the event, Chris Heemskerk, Founder & CEO The Innovation Alliance, will introduce The Innovation ScorecardTM, a comprehensive framework designed to identify innovation opportunities across four pillars (Culture, Organization, external Dimensions and Effectiveness) and understand how assessing performance in these areas can help organizations develop targeted strategies for improvement. Leveraging the art and science of building innovative cultures and developing strategies to support these, the audience will gain exclusive insights derived from cutting-edge institutions such as Google, Apple, Harvard and Stanford. The introduction will be delivered by Gladys H. Morales, Senior Officer of the Change Delivery and Innovation Unit at IFAD and Andrea Geremicca, Director General of the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability. When registering, please let us know if you are joining the event in-person or remotely. For guests registering to join us in-person, kindly note that IFAD will not be responsible for visa processing or travel costs.
