Dear MESCI Students,

 

We are pleased to announce that the first edition of the MESCI Trade & Gender Seminar Cycle will soon be starting.

 

Tomorrow, 1st of march from 2:30 p.m -3:30 p.m will take place the first seminary on “Empowering women through trade. The role of WTO†with guest speaker Deputy Director-General of World Trade Organization, Ms. Gonzàlez. The cycle is part of the Master’s Degree program in Development Economics and International Cooperation (MESCI).

 

Over the first three Wednesdays of March 2023 (including International Women’s Day on 8 March 😊), at 2:30 pm CET, the cycle will host highly distinguished speakers from international organizations and academia, who established themselves as high-profile leaders, influential thinkers, and ultimately champions on this crucial agenda at the intersection of trade & gender – please see overall cycle program pasted below along with individual seminar leaflets attached.

 

All seminars will be held in a virtual format, with the third and last one (on 15 March) also taking place in-person at ‘’Tor Vergata’’ University, Building A, Room TL in the ground floor.

 

Presence for all MESCI Master is obbligatory to all these 3 seminars. You can kindly find below credentials and link for accessing the on line meetings through ZOOM platform. (they are the same for the 3 events)
