[mesci_xviii_students] form and duty stamps for final certificate - IMPORTANT

Dear All,

Every year at this stage, during final exams, we usually collect the requests for final certificate and the necessary duty stamps (marche da bollo of 16¤ each). This year it is going to be complicated, but we can sort it out.

The two different forms, one for MESCI students, one for MUNDUS URBANO students, are attached along with a file including instructions about how to fill it in. Please print, fill and sign it and then send us a scanned copy.

For the duty stamps it is a bit more complicated. If you have the possibility to come to the university before October (MU students) or February (MESCI students), please let me know in advance (at the moment we are still working form home, but I could arrange a meeting over there if necessary).

If some of you is still in Rome and is planning to meet, please try to organise yourself and collect as many duty stamps as possible so it would be easier for Olga and myself to have it. Please try to collect/deliver us the 16¤ duty stamps, not the money, where possible.

If you are not in Rome and you do not plan to be back in the next future, you can send me the amount through my personal Paypal account (raffaellasisti). Please do not forget to let me know via e-mail once you made the transaction, since I do not want to keep your money in my account for a long time. It is something unusual and I do not feel very comfortable with it, but I cannot see any other solution. Of course, if you find another suitable way to provide us with the duty stamps you are more than welcome. Just let me know.

NUMBER OF DUTY STAMP NECESSARY:

You have to provide us 1 16¤ duty stamp for the form + 1 16¤ duty stamp for each certificate you request, therefore:

- if you request 1 certificate you will need to provide us with 2 16¤ duty stamps (or 32 ¤),

- if your request 2 certificates you will need to provide us with 3 16¤ duty stamps (or 48¤) and so on...
