Dear MESCI Students
We are living a dramatic shock that is changing
deeply our lives and also our studies and beliefs on what is
sustainable development. We are trying to adapt to this
change. As an academic institution we are experiencing we
have the change to continue all our activities at distance.
I myself have experienced in these first two weeks that I
can teach (undergraduate classes to 200 students), run
graduation sessions and, may be, also do exams. I’m
experiencing that distance lessons require more interaction,
more dialogue and the use of the “chat” to offset the lack
of direct contact. We do hope that everything will go back
to normality as soon as possible.
For this reason I invite you to a call tomorrow
at 16.00 to have ideas, comments and reaction to our first
period of distance learning.
