Dear All,

I am writing to you regarding the payment of the second instalment that is due by February 20.

Even if you already had almost one month to proceed, we have received only few receipts of payment from your side, and I am therefore a bit concerned about it. Please note that this year, due to our internal reasons, you have had almost 3 months of extension of the deadline and an additional postponement won’t be allowed by our central administration. As you may imagine, we do not have decisional role in this regards and we have not possibility to change the deadlines and the procedures.

Kindly note the according to University rules, students who do not pay the university fees are not allowed to attend classes. Please do not make this unfortunate situation happen.
