[ISS] Registration and exam tomorrow

Dear all, for the registration of the final vote (in italian: 
verbalizzazione), due to COVID I had to move to a full telematic 
approach, so if you are already registered on delphi you don't need to 
do anything, I'll do it all tomorrow evening, you will just double check 
that the vote has been recorded.

For the exam tomorrow, a part from those who had registered for 
verbalization, participation mandatorily required to subscribe on delhpi.

Actually, for your info, I now see only ONE person, so I'll directly 
contact her offline for details - If you did NOT subscribe on delphi I 
assume that you are NOT ready for the exam tomorrow (and if this is not 
the case please contact me offline).
