My understanding is that February 14 is by far the best date for all  
(or at least a HUGE majority of) the students.

I would have clearly preferred a different date, as I CANNOT BE IN  
ROME THAT DAY, but given that there is such a strong consensus, OK for  
me - I'll manage to get replaced by some of my collaborators...

To conclude, let us officially fix Friday february 14.
