[ISS] exam end of july and verbalization

Deal all,

I just setup an exam date in delphi for July 30 (nominal). If you have  
a pending vote and need to finalize it, and/or plan to do the exam end  
of july - begin of august (see below) then you MUST register in  
delphi. Deadline monday 29.

This said, for the exam schedule, I have somewhat limited time on 30  
(at most I can handle 1 or two persons), while I have more time on  
July 31. So if you plan to do the exam, please let me know it via  
private email, and in case you CANNOT do it on the 31, please also let  
me know (I believe at least one student is leaving on the 31).
