[ISS] Exam registrations and admin

dear all, long and complex email: please read CAREFULLY until the end!

I have just setup on the delphi system a FORMAL DATE, namely Thursday 20
June, for BOTH the 6CFU and 9CFU exams:

6 CFU --> exam code = 8039543
9 CFU --> exam code = 8039557


1) Please ALL of you, irrespective on whether you plan to do the exam or
not, do register (not later than wed 19 evening) to the appropriate
class, and deliver the questionnaire. I repeat: please register in ANY
CASE and also if you do NOT plan to attend the exam! (as said live
during the class, I'd like to clear all the formalities associated to
the first registration, and get the attendance statistics).

2) thursday 20, at 2 PM: here we will clear the case of those who have
already COMPLETED the exam (or at most are missing the IPsec question),
and just need to register the exam.

3) For those who need to complete the 9 CFU exam with part 2, or still
need to pass the first part, I propose two short term dates:
- Tuesday june 25, at 10.30 AM
- Monday July 1, at 10.30 AM.
These are MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE: either one or the other. If you are
interested in finalizing the exam by these dates, please let me know
offline (so far I have one registration for 25/6 and one for 1/7)

4) for your planning, consider that by the end of the month I'll provide
two other occasions for the exam:
- around 15 or 16 or 17 of July (date to be decided based on another
commission I have still to schedule)
- around 30 or 31 of July
So please plan accordingly. (then of course in september I will give
other dates...)
